VMware/Nutanix L3 Administrator

• Architect and design complex VMware vSphere environments
• Implement advanced virtualization solutions, including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX-T
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in large-scale VMware environments
• Perform capacity planning and performance optimization
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to L1 and L2 engineers
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of VMware solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest VMware technologies and industry best practices
• Architect and design complex server and storage infrastructure solutions
  Implement advanced server and storage technologies, including virtualization, SAN, and NAS
  Troubleshoot and resolve critical server and storage issues
  Perform capacity planning and optimization for server and storage infrastructure
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and meet service delivery objectives
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep understanding of VMware vSphere architecture and components
• Advanced knowledge of vCenter Server, vSphere Distributed Switch, and vSphere Storage DRS
• Experience with vSAN and NSX-T
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ Years experience
• Certifications: VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) - Data Center Virtualization, VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) - Data Center Virtualization
