Job Description
1. Develop and Manage Partnerships for Expansion / Replication of organizations Program
Identify and build partnerships with NGOs, schools, trusts, andinstitutions to scale organizations programs.
Engage with key stakeholders such as CBSE, ICSE, State Board ofSchool Education, and private/aided school management to introduce vocationaleducation.
Target NGOs working in education to facilitate program replication.
2. Develop and Manage Partnerships with Thought Partners
Establish collaborations with think tanks and consulting firms
Work with these partners to enhance the organizations programs throughresearch, policy advocacy, and strategic insights.
Represent the organization at Conferences and Forums
Actively participate in industry forums, conferences, andnetworking events to showcase organizations work and build strategic alliances.
3. Develop and Manage Internship and Employer Partnerships
Support the Internships and Post-12th career guidance project team by securingpartnerships with employers for student internships (Grade 11/12) and full-timeplacements post-12th.
4. Develop and Manage Academic Knowledge Partnerships
Collaborate with academic and training institutions like Instituteof Hotel Management (Pusa), Bombay Stock Exchange Training Institute,and Sector Skill Council to enhance vocational education.
Manage Relationships with collaborations in Secondary Education
Engage with networks and collaborations focused on secondaryeducation to stay aligned with industry trends and best practices.
5 . Fundraising Donor Engagement
Proposal Development: Lead grant writing, concept note creation,and funding applications to secure multi-crore grants.
Corporate Institutional Partnerships: Develop and executestrategies for CSR fundraising, employee engagement programs, and impactinvestments.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Programs,ME, Communications) to align fundraising efforts with organizationalgoals.

Key Qualifications Experience:
- Education: Masterdegree in Education, Social Work/ Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a relatedfield.
- Experience: Overall experience of 15+ years and 8-10 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or business development in theeducation/social impact sector.
- Skills Competencies:
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Experience working with NGOs, schools, and government bodies.
Understanding of vocational education and skill developmentecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinkingskills.
Ability to represent the organization in high-profile meetings andevents.
Able to connect funding opportunities with programmatic impact.
