Associate Vice President Sales, Global

As the AVP Sales, Global Operations , youll lead the charge in expanding our SaaS solutions across international markets. Youll be responsible for crafting and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and driving significant revenue growth globally. Youll also mentor and guide a dynamic team focused on achieving aggressive sales targets.

• Drive Global Market Expansion : Identify and penetrate new international markets to expand our client base.
• Lead Generation & Conversion : Lead efforts to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
• Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed revenue goals.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global sales team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.
• Market Intelligence : Stay informed on global market trends and competitive landscapes to adjust sales strategies.

• 5+ years in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years in global B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets across international markets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients and teams.
• Experience building and leading successful sales teams.
