✔️ Strong written communication skills in English.
✔️ Fast typing speed with accuracy.
✔️ Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
✔️ Must be comfortable working in night shifts or early evening shifts.
✔️ Basic knowledge of lead generation and customer service processes is an advantage.
✔️ Must be able to work from our Nagpur office.
