Requirements:

• Education: Graduates preferred; undergraduates with relevant skills/experience can apply.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in BPO, chat support, or blended processes (Freshers are welcome!).
• Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
