Required Skills & Qualifications:
Preferred candidate profile
Education: Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong MS Excel skills (data management, reporting, and basic formulas).
HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of payroll, employee records, and HR policies.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and follow HR processes efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in maintaining data, contracts, and payroll records.
Professionalism: Strong sense of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity in handling HR responsibilities.
Availability: Must be able to work full-time from the office in Nagpur.
