Principal Product Manager

Job Overview - Leena AI is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, set the long-term vision, and foster collaboration across departments to ensure product excellence and market leadership. As a Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with leadership, engineering, and customer-facing teams to guide product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals and market trends. This role requires a seasoned leader who can anticipate future trends in AI and the enterprise software landscape while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product modules, ensuring alignment with Leena AIs overall business goals.
Maintain and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from initial ideation, vetting with buyers & users, building a PRD, collaborating to build a prototype, greenlighting the idea, & building & bringing to market.
Enable sales and customer success teams to demo and sell the product to customers.
Develop effective communication channels with the sales and customer success teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product strategies and roadmaps.Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to collect and prioritize product inputs.
Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
Represent Leena AIs product vision to internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners at public events, webinars, and customer engagements.
Provide guidance and mentorship to other product managers, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and high performance.
Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product success and consistent customer value delivery.
Identify and prioritize new opportunities to drive innovation, ensuring that Leena AI's products are ahead of the competition in functionality and user experience.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, with at least 8 years overall experience and at least 3 years in a senior or principal role leading cross-functional teams.
Strong background in SaaS, particularly in B2B environments, with proven success in managing complex product portfolios. Understanding of AI and conversational technologies would be a plus.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, or a related field from a Tier-1 institute. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Proven ability to mentor product managers and work with stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business objectives.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in representing products at industry events and client meetings.
