Analytics Product Owner (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Define and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered staffing solutions.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Prioritize product features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

- Lead and manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and ongoing improvement.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing) to ensure successful product delivery.

- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to plan, execute, and track project progress.

- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and analysis, including user interviews, surveys, and data analysis.

- Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and FAQs.

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to analyze data, identify trends, and uncover insights.

- Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity.

- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and data flow diagrams.

- Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML models for candidate matching, job requisition efficiency, and other key staffing challenges.

- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI, including data privacy and bias mitigation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (customers, internal teams, executives).

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing their concerns.

- Work with the Data Privacy Officer (DPO) to ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations (e., GDPR, CCPA).

- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5-7 years of experience in data / analytics projects, with at least 3 years as a Product Owner.

- Proven experience in Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong understanding of data analysis principles, including data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

- Experience with AI/ML concepts and applications, including supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning.

- Experience with data modeling and database design, including relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Experience with data integration and transformation techniques (ETL, data warehousing).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working with global teams.

Nice to Have :

- Staffing or Human Resources domain knowledge.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks.

- Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R)
