System Soft Technologies - Product Owner (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Deeply understand business processes and identify critical analytics needs.

- Anticipate future requirements and uncover areas for improvement.

- Create and maintain business process diagrams and track key business decisions.

- Perform in-depth data analysis of global or local systems with support from local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

- Create data structure diagrams to effectively visualize and communicate data relationships.

- Coordinate closely between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Work with the local Data Protection Officer (DPO) to define and implement robust data privacy and management policies.

- Collaborate effectively with data owners, data stewards, and business process owners.

- Champion Agile and Lean methodologies throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.

- Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in data/analytics projects, with at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.

- Proven experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.

- Strong understanding of analytics principles and methodologies.

- Previous experience working on AI-powered projects.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively with global teams.

Nice to Have:

- Domain expertise in Staffing or Human Resources.

- Familiarity with SQL, BI Data Modeling Diagrams, Data Transformation, and BI Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).

- Experience with data governance and compliance regulations
