Executive - Packaging Development (OSD)

Role & responsibilities

1. Development of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary packaging materials for commercial batches.

2. Preparation of Packaging Bill of Materials (PBOM), Master Packaging Record for commercial batches, exhibits batches and Intended batches and Costing.

3. Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures.

4. Selection and evaluation of change part for exhibit batches.

5. Technical support to warehouse (Finished Goods) department for Palletization of commercial batches.

6. Co-ordination between Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Formulation Development, purchase, QA & Quality control department regarding Packaging Material and Equipment.

7. Review and approval of artworks, Print Proof, and Shade cards for commercial batches.

8. Pack profile creation for commercial batches.

9. Conducting Machine trials for Alternative Vendor Development for packaging materials.

10. Vendor visits for online approvals.

11. Technical support to QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and production departments in day-to-day activities.

12. Initiating the change control and CAPA for respective department.

13. Coordination with other departments to get the approval of documents.
