We have an opportunity for an "Executive - Packaging Development - International Business" at our Ahmedabad (Gujarat)Location.

Local candidates are preferable.

Experience: 4-6 Years

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Bond: 3 Years bond

Job Description:

• The candidate can handle routine packaging development activities like specification development, Development of KLD, and validation for new package development.
• Handle packaging trials at manufacturing locations.
• Good communication/Subject knowledge with a packaging background
• Internal approval process.
• Specifications documentation.
• Artwork release to supplier and align for proofing with vendor etc.,
• Also, some internal coordination with Procurement/Marketing/packaging /Quality, etc
• Assist in packaging development projects of Development of Secondary / Tertiary packaging (Shrink Bundle, Inner, Shippers, etc) for all packaging projects, process engineering, mold approvals, machine FAT & commissioning.
• Assist HOD in cost reduction projects in Packaging Materials, System Implementations, and competition benchmarking.
• Maintain and update the register of artworks / design CDs with appropriate indexing and reference.
• Maintain and update shade cards (LSD) of all products.
• Resource to Operations / Purchase in solving packaging issues.
• Competitor products benchmarking and presentation of one category/quarter.
• Packaging innovation and ideation with the latest industry trends to maintain the leadership position of the company

Desired Skills

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Should have knowledge and experience in MS Office.
• Exposer in Packing development.
• Excellent communication with good presentability.
