Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the FMCG sector
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Back Office Support

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in SAP SD, MM & FI modules
• Hands-on experience with DMS, Sales Force applications, and other sales-related software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis:
• Collect, process, and analyze sales and financial data to generate insights for decision-making
2. Budgets & Forecasting:
• Assist in preparing and managing sales budgets and forecasts
3. Variance Analysis:
• Conduct variance analysis to assess deviations from budgets and forecasts
4. Asset Management:
• Monitor and manage company assets related to sales operations
5. Secondary Distribution & Expense Analysis:
• Evaluate secondary sales distribution efficiency and related expenses
6. S&D Expenses - Cost Reduction & Control:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement control measures to optimize sales & distribution expenses
7. Credit Control Management:
• Ensure proper credit policies are followed, monitor outstanding receivables, and minimize risks associated with credit transactions
