Packaging Development Executive

Responsibilities: • Lead & execute Packaging strategy, development, and delivery through project activities, working across disciplines, functions and with outside suppliers • Independently identify new packaging technologies and technical approaches which meet project objectives. • Maintain general and product-specific packaging material specifications & trial reports. • Communicate results to the Manager, key project members, and higher levels of management. • Serve as a technical mentor develop new skills, share knowledge and ensure best practice opportunities are maximized across the business. • Developing artwork by coordination with the designing team, checking the mandatories, claims, and necessary texts for the same. • Responsible for making Costing, BOM, and maintaining the pricelist. • Vendor management & development. • If any defective packaging material is found during, or after production ask for CAPA & RCA, FIR (First investigation report) from the vendor. Person Profile: • Tertiary qualification required (Science & Technology, Engineering, packaging degree will be an advantage) • Min 3-7 years of experience working with different packaging formats such as Carton, tubes, plastic bottles, caps, labels, flexible film, and corrugated shippers. • Have previous experience in packaging development. • Good communication & collaboration skills with peers & stakeholders • Enthusiasm, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn. • Make timely decisions when dealing with uncertainty
