We are seeking specialists who have relevant exposure into Packaging Development at our dedicated R&D Centre located at Moraiya, Ahmedabad.

Please find below mentioned brief of the job role for your reference,

• To assist packaging development activities of solid oral dosage for CMO, regulated & domestic market
• To perform pack evaluation of RLD & reference samples.
• To assist for selection of packaging materials for stability, exhibit & commercial batches (primary/secondary/tertiary).
• Material code generation & indenting of packaging material and it's follow up for procurement.
• To assist for development of change parts for blister packing machine, strip packing machine, autocartonator machine, bottle filling machine, aggregation machine and various plant & F&D packing machineries.
• To conduct packaging trials and optimize the packaging specification if needed.
• Testing of packaging materials at R&D.
• Preparation of specification for packaging materials (new product) and standard test procedure(STP).
• Preparation of master packaging card (MPC).
• Coordination with RA, BD, F&D, Plant QA for artwork preparation and approval as per the requirements.
• To provide technical input during artwork development
• Coordination with graphic designer for artwork preparation.
• To assist for finalize cutter guides for foils, carton, leaflets, outserts etc.
• Monitoring the execution of exhibit batches at plant level during packaging.
• To suggest & initiate cost Reduction projects.
• To evaluate the packaging material supplier & provide technical support for their qualification.
• To co-ordinate with different departments for execution of packaging activity.
