Job brief

1. Job title

• Software Implementation Executive / Trainee

2. Purpose of job

• Customer support of our application through online and offline channels.
• Application implementation and training

3. Duties and responsibilities

• Customer Support through email and telephone.
• Software support using application for ticket raising, solving, and closing software support issues.
• Client Training and Implementation.
• Extract, transform and load data across systems into application
• Assisting the development team in solving & sorting software bugs.
• Prepare manuals and other process related documents.
• Any other duties allotted by manager commensurate with responsibilities assigned.

4. Candidate profile

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Can work independently with minimal guidance.

a. Experience

• 1-3 Year experience in software industry or having experience in helpdesk.
• Good technical knowledge of computer usage including MS office applications.
• Should be able to configure application and client computer to meet customer requirements.

b. Education

• University degree preferable in English

5. Location

• Bangalore
• Kolkata

6. Working hours

• 10AM 6PM - 6 days a week

7. Probation

• Standard 6 months’ probation extendable by another 6 months if needed

8. Salary

Annual CTC between Rs 120,000 – Rs 3,60,000
