4moles - Executive - Customer Support (1-7 yrs)

We are seeking a Female Customer Relationship Executive for our fast-paced and highly talented concierge team.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting customers with bookings, payment processing, and handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails.

- Supporting the concierge by addressing queries related to Qutab Golf Course.

- Engaging with golfers at Qutab Golf Course to resolve any issues they may encounter.

- Managing Qutab Golf Course membership and overseeing Tee sheet schedules.

- Handling walk-in bookings and managing day-to-day reservations at Qutab Golf Course.

- Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills throughout all interactions.

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree or related field.

- Timings : 9:30 AM to 6PM.

- Work Location : Qutab Golf Course.

- Working Days : 5 days (Tuesdays and Wednesdays will be fixed days off.)

Requirements:

- 1-2 Year in customer service or tele sales

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion for superb hospitality and customer service

- Good computer skills.

- Should have knowledge of how the concierge is set up

- Extraordinary organizational and multitasking skills

- Can-do attitude

- Desire to learn
