Executive - Customer Support (1-4 yrs)

Job description :

Experience: 1-4 yrs

Location - Bangalore

Languages to be known: Proficiency in 1 regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil) and English, Hindi is mandatory.

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Working Days: 6 days in a week (Mon-Sat)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for taking calls with customers and understanding their queries and concerns.

- Ensuring customer queries and concerns are resolved on time

- Need to maintain less than 8% shrinkage on MTD (Month till date)

- Need to be flexible in case of volume increases to support the callings.
