Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and proactive customer service culture.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure accurate shipment tracking and on-time delivery, take proactive measures to ensure shipments are delivered on time, handling any issues that may affect delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments throughout the delivery cycle, updating relevant stakeholders and identifying any potential delays. Collaborate with logistics personnel to align shipment schedules, address logistical challenges, and streamline delivery processes.
• Use basic Excel functions to manage shipment data, create tracking reports, and maintain accurate records

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of MS office and Excel
• Google Sheet
• Good communication
