Account Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain and update financial records
2. Prepare monthly and quarterly cash flow reports
3. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
4. Process invoices and payments
5. Assist with tax filings and compliance
6. Support month-end and year-end closing activities
7. Provide general support to the finance team as needed

Preferred candidate profile

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
3. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel (ERP systems)
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
