JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager (Tower Cranes) to drive sales growth in primarily Gujarat and Maharashtra regions. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales of construction machinery in Gujarat region, a strong customer relationship mind set, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will primarily be in charge of:
1. Generate leads and inquiries by visiting project sites and meeting developers, project managers, and customers.
2. Plan and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
4. Provide daily reports on field sales activities and communicate progress to superiors.
5. Regularly meet with customers to understand their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's service delivery.
6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Basic knowledge of sales in construction machinery, including Tower Cranes, Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, and Mixers.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and driving successful sales strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate about work, and ready to travel extensively within Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.
