Mandatory prior experience in a large corporate and / or in a Global Consulting Firm
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The incumbent will primarily be in charge of: o Handling entire employee life cycle; o Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives; o Monitor implementation and execution of HR policies and programs; o Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation etc; o Promote HR programs to drive engagement; o Drive performance management; o HR MIS - To collate data and generate MIS reports accurately as per the unit requirements; o Experience with HRMS and HRIS (People Power & Work line); o Identify process improvements on the workflow/processes and collaborate with team to implement necessary changes; and o Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedure.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
A Masters Degree with 5+ years of relevant full-time work experience as an HRBP / HR Generalist Having prior experience in a large corporate and/or in a Big 4 will be preferred Individual contributor using in-depth HR knowledge to execute entire gamut of HR processes as an independent stakeholder & if required challenge traditional solutions with new ideas. Excellent decision making & analytical skills Strong verbal & non-verbal communication Ability to take quick decision while working in a fast paced and ambiguous environment Experience in Office 365 Suite
