Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Sales

Working: US Shift


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and a strong understanding of technology solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.


Responsibilities:


1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media and industry events, to identify new business opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions to meet client requirements.

3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

4. Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market insights.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to continuously improve products and services based on client feedback and market demands.

Qualifications:

  • Master 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with at least 5-6 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
