Lead Airport System

Purpose/Objective

Responsible for detailed design review, Installation, testing &commissioning of Airport systems like Baggage Handling Systems, Security Screening systems, Auto Tray Retrieval Systems, Passenger Boarding Bridges. Visual docking Guidance Systems, Ground power units, Aircraft Pre-Conditioning Air units and Vertical Horizontal transport Systems, AGL

Key Responsibilities of Role

Design Management: - Review of detailed design submission from consultants/ EPC contractor for BHS/VHT/AGL/PBB/VDGS/GPU/PCA, Airport systems based on approved concept designs and ensure clear interface with other systems. Design conflict/ clash management, design coordination with user departments, consultants, internal design team and other stake holders. Procurement management: Finalize tender specs, drawing & BOQ for procurement. Assist the procurement team with technical and commercial inputs in tendering, vendor evaluation, and finalization Ensure periodic review and update in association with specialized contractor and other stake holders. Execution of all works as per the quality &cost parameters specified in the contract Handover of Projects. Validation and verification of final documents which are submitted by vendors/contractors. Completion of all snags/ pending documentations Co-ordination with Operations and end users for the handover activities.

Technical Competencies

Digital Dexterity,Responsible For Detailed Design Review and Installation: BHS, ATRS,etc,Mechanical Equipment Handling,Installation and Commissioning

Qualifications and Experience

B Tech (Mechanical Engineering) Preferred Minimum 13 to 18 Years of Experience from Airport Industry
