Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive regional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers across OEMs, distributors, and end customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct key account mapping and management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide strategic feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, cybersecurity) sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- 5+ years of experience in system integration and partnership network sales.
- In-depth knowledge of the BFSI & PSU sectors, including industry trends and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong expertise in IT solutions sales at the enterprise level.
- Familiarity with OEM infrastructure portfolios, including IBM, Dell, HP, Nutanix, Microsoft, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
