System Engineer

Role & responsibilities

. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.

2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

3. Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.

4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel for resolution.

5. Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
