Job Description
- Requirements:setting up new desktop and laptop computers Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server Management Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers or applications as per requirement. Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections. Follow the compliacne component for each users located on floor, Branch. resolving printer issues helping the network team as needed sometimes providing informal or formal training to users on how to use computer hardware or software disconnecting, moving and reconnecting desktops, laptops and printers when the departments within the company switch places, which was quite often Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, Co-workeres and clients Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives. Extend computer support for systems software and hardware. Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs. Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution. Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems. Updation of Assets with their user mapping and In-Store with Asset Team. Validatio of Asset data monthly & Quaterly basis.
