Position- Project Manager - IT

Location- Mumbai

Role Overview:

- The Project Manager/Senior Project Manager IT will be responsible for managing end-to-end General Insurance technology projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and aligning technology solutions with business goals. Preferred background in General Insurance IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end project execution within scope, budget, and timeline.

- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into actionable IT solutions.

- Lead GC (Genesys Configurator) development, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.

- Manage project roadmaps, change requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project Plan, and TFS/VSTS.

- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for successful project delivery.

- Lead General Insurance-related IT projects, including policy administration, claims processing, CRM, and underwriting systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in IT (BE IT/BCA/MCA preferred) or relevant IT certifications.

Experience:

- Project Manager: 5-8 years in IT, with experience in project management.

- Senior Project Manager: 8-12 years in IT, with proven experience leading insurance technology projects.

- Mandatory experience in GC (Genesys Configurator) development.

- Preferred background in General Insurance IT projects.

- Strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, AWS Cloud.

- Proficiency in agile methodologies (preferably CSM-certified).

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
