Job Description :

Requirement :

Currently, the team is experiencing increased workload due to the expanding threat landscape and the emergence of new compliance requirements driven by the evolving sophistication of cybercriminal activities. As a result, the team is unable to effectively focus on the following key

areas :

Review of Security Solutions :

- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing security controls, such as firewalls, network access controls, and data loss prevention systems etc .

Third-Party Risk Management :

- Conduct thorough risk assessments of vendors, service providers, and third-party administrators.

Support in Information Security Risk Management :

- Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of the organization's Information

Security Risk Management program.

Metrics and Reporting :

- Develop and maintain key security performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insightful reports for management.

Support in Threat Hunting :

- Actively participate in threat hunting activities to proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats.

- Coordination with Security Operation Center (SOC) and Other

Security Monitoring Teams :

- Collaborate effectively with other security teams, sharing information and insights related to log analysis, event monitoring, and incident response.

The addition of this new Senior Information Security Resource will significantly enhance the team's capabilities and contribute to a number of positive outcomes, including :

Improved Security Posture :

- By strengthening existing security controls and proactively addressing emerging threats.

- Faster Incident Response Times : By improving coordination and communication between security teams.

- Enhanced Compliance : By ensuring adherence to evolving regulatory and industry standards.
