Head - Analytics (18-25 yrs)

Job Summary :

The Head of Analytics and Data Science will lead the analytics and data science functions within the organization. This role involves shaping data strategy, supervising advanced analytical models, and promoting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science and analytics in the financial services sector, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and apply sophisticated analytical models to resolve challenging business issues. Use machine learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling to produce insights that can be put into practice.

- Assemble and guide a productive group of engineers, analysts, and data scientists.

- Encourage professional growth and keep up with emerging technologies and trends in the field.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

- 15+ years of data science and analytics experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position.

- Good knowledge of financial data and a solid foundation in financial services.

- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, such as Gen AI and related emerging ideas

- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).

- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to sway stakeholders at all levels.

- A track record of success in providing data-driven solutions that have a significant impact on business.
