Lead Software Engineer - iOS/Android Platforms (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

1 Technical Architect having 14 to 18 Years of experience in designing, developing and deploying Enterprise Mobile Applications

2 Comprehensive understanding of all phases of Mobile Application Development in Banking Domain, Preferably Indian Banking Retail & Corporate Mobile applications

3 Capable of translating business requirements into scalable, secure and user-friendly solutions & be able to prioritize requirements across applications and projects

4 Ensure compliance, regulatory guidelines are always followed and complied with at code level

5 Work with architect teams to continuously improve to achieve scale and resilience and with support to ensure continuous and monitoring is in place

6 Shall be a leader and architect mindset in guiding system architecture decisions and overseeing projects from concept to Release on store while ensuring debt assets are not build

and have regular housekeeping is in place

7 Shall have advanced knowledge of the latest Mobile technology ( iOS/Android /Kotlin/Flutter/React/Hybrid) design principles alongside software design patterns (MVVM, MVP, etc.) to create scalable and maintainable applications

8 Shall be able to Onboard, Scale and Mentor the team size of 30-40 developers across various technologies within the scope of Mobile Banking and will always have Innovation mindset and culture of continuous learnability, advocates Upskill to the newer technologies

9. Willingness to adapt, cross-skill and contribute to various development and organizational activities

10. Shall be Proficient in Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies and be effective in order to manage timelines and effort for Mobile and Web applications, with due knowledge of

AppServers and Backend Infra asks
