AEM Architect - Java Technologies (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture and operations.

- Experience in AEM Version 6.4 and 6.5

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Forms, and AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR (Java Content Repository), and Apache Felix.

- Experince in AEM Components and Templates.

- Experience in AEM Cloud is preferred.

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration with third-party services.

- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Adobe Managed Services, or Azure.

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, and Git for code deployment.

- Knowledge of EDS (Edge delivery services).

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture :

- Design and lead the technical architecture for AEM-based solutions that align with business goals and optimize the user experience.

Customization & Integration :

- Work with development teams to customize AEM components (Sites, Assets, Forms) to meet business requirements, and integrate AEM with other enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, eCommerce, etc.).

Cloud & Infrastructure Management :

- Lead the deployment of AEM on cloud platforms (Adobe Managed Services, AWS, Azure), ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure.

Performance Optimization :

- Implement strategies to improve AEM system performance, including caching mechanisms, CDN integration, and database optimization.

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure that AEM solutions comply with security standards and industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) while implementing secure coding practices.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with business analysts, product owners, and front-end/back-end developers to understand project requirements and deliver end-to-end AEM solutions.

Mentorship & Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Lead code reviews and promote best practices.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Troubleshoot complex issues in the AEM environment, ensuring that incidents are resolved promptly and effectively.

- Provide post-launch support and continuous improvement.

Certifications :

- Adobe Experience Manager Certifications (such as AEM Sites Developer, AEM Architect) are a plus.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for staying current with new technologies.
