The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms development, focusing on building efficient, user-friendly forms that integrate seamlessly with web applications.

Role Overview :

As an AEM Form Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining forms within the AEM platform. You will work closely with designers, front-end developers, and back-end teams to ensure that forms are highly functional, responsive, and meet business and user requirements. You will also ensure that forms are optimized for performance and usability across different devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms to create digital forms that integrate with web applications, databases, and business processes.

- Design and develop responsive and accessible forms within AEM, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and designers to gather requirements and translate them into functional form-based solutions.

- Ensure the integration of AEM Forms with backend services and systems (e.g., APIs, databases).

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing AEM Forms solutions.

- Optimize form performance, including loading times, user experience, and compatibility with multiple browsers and devices.

- Implement validation, error handling, and user-friendly features for smooth form interactions.

- Ensure forms are developed in alignment with security, accessibility, and compliance standards.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM Forms applications.

- Contribute to system design, code reviews, and technical documentation.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in AEM and web form development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), specifically AEM Forms development.

- Proficiency in AEM Form components, adaptive forms, workflows, and form validation.

- Experience with AEM Form submission workflows, form data binding, and integration with backend systems.

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web development technologies.

- Familiarity with AEM Sling Models, Apache Felix, and OSGi framework.

- Knowledge of AEM templates, components, and multi-site management.

- Experience in integrating AEM Forms with enterprise systems and third-party services (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP services).

- Experience in developing custom AEM workflows and leveraging JavaScript and Java for backend functionality.

- Ability to design responsive, mobile-friendly forms with a focus on user experience.

- Familiarity with AEM's security, performance optimization, and accessibility standards.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AEM DAM (Digital Asset Management) integration.

- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or similar tools.

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.

- Experience in Agile development environments and project management tools.

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Years of experience in AEM development, with at least [Y] years focused on AEM Forms development.
