Role Overview:
- As an Account Manager specializing in the BFSI vertical, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key clients in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our products and services, while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the BFSI landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the BFSI sector.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and product development, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing support of our solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments affecting the BFSI sector.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to support business development efforts.
- Monitor and track key account metrics, including revenue forecasts, profitability, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and support business objectives
