About the job:

Job location: Bhopal/Pune
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by conducting outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- The candidate should be able to conduct up to 100 to 200 cold calls per day and should be able to set upto 10 meetings per month.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, building a pipeline, and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate email sequences and ability to make 100 to 200 cold calls daily, map and penetrate accounts.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
- Research and identify potential customers that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Set up to 10 meetings per month with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT services industry or SaaS industry
- Experience being an outbound BDR or in inside sales.
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of using outreach tools and CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You've worked at a fast-growing startup.
- Bonus if you have experience in RPA or automation industry.
