CCT Digisol - Manager - Business Development - Cybersecurity Domain (7-12 yrs)

Job Description:

- Manage Business Development organization goals, objectives and quota achievement.

- Increase and convert new business opportunities to grow revenue across our business with a cyber-security focus.

- Manage a diverse mix of territory with responsibilities of inbound and outbound prospecting.

- Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics.

- Ensure the effective use of CRM.

- Compile weekly/monthly reports, modify as needed.

- Proactively work to improve the cadence and throughput of the assigned sales development resources.

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a positive working relationship and maximize the impact and effectiveness of sales development.

- Work with digital marketing & web researchers to ensure efficient prospect/customer information exchange and hand-off.

- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, face to face meetings, phone, email, social selling and networking.

- Engage in activities to increase opportunities in the sales pipeline.

- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects, business problems and the solutions we have to offer.

- Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term overall account goals in line with company vision.

- Updating and maintaining the Salesforce CRM.
