Planning Engineer

Dear Future L&T employee ,

We are looking at Engineers who has exposure to Primavera P6 to join our Engineering team which works in Domain of Oil&Gas, Chemical & Plant Engineering.

Process include 3 rounds - a Tool list & 2 rounds of Technical Discussions.

Planning Engineer JD as follows

1. Prepartion of Engineering & Procurement baseline schedule with resource Loading in P6 (primavera) Software

2. Knowledge of Engineering Workflows and Understanding of Engineering Deliverables like P&ID , Isometrics, SLDs etc.

3. Schedule Updating & performing Schedule Critical Path Analysis for preparing a Comprehensive Project Progress report.

4. Periodically Issue Look-Ahead schedule & Schedule Alert to team Towards ensuring Schedule compliance.

5. Active Participation in internal meetings & Client Connects, Critical review of all Issues for possible resoulutions.

6. Adherence to specified project controls procedures & guidelines.

7. Leading the project control Effort from Bid recipt to Project close out.

8. Understanding of Earned value management & KPI metrics like SPI/CPI

9. Understanding of Know-how for conducting schedule risk analysis & Change control

10. Coordinate & Liaison with all project Interfaces & Stakeholders

11. Responsible for Quality & timelines of all Project Controls Deliverables for an Assigned Project.

12 Demonstrates High level of initiatives to accomplish individual objectives as well as team goals

13. Desired - It would be good to have if you would be a PMP certified & have knowledge of advanced Excel / Power BI
