Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in planning engineering, with expertise in using MSP and Primavera for project scheduling, tracking, and management. The role will focus on ensuring that construction projects are planned, executed, and monitored effectively, within scope, timeline, and budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Proficiency in MSP (Microsoft Project) and Primavera for scheduling and project management.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in planning engineering
• Strong understanding of project scheduling techniques, including critical path method (CPM) and resource leveling.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate project plans.
• Good knowledge of construction project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Prepare project baseline schedules, track progress, and highlight potential delays.
• Perform critical path analysis and identify bottlenecks in project timelines, ensuring corrective actions are taken to mitigate risks.
• Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, delays, and milestones achieved.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss project timelines and progress with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other scheduling tools or project management software.
• Experience in budgeting and cost estimation for construction projects.
