Engineer - Planning

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of Experience In Similar Roles and Industries
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use Initiative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding Project Technicalities Contract Requirements to Develop Time Schedules And Budgets that meet them.
• Tracking and reporting Project Progress
• Oversee daily operations of the machine shop, including workflow management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the other departments to ensure timely procurement and output of products.
• Ensuring All Projects Are Completed On Time And Within Budget.
• Observing Existing Processes And Proposing Upgrades.
• Communicating Effectively with the Production to obtain required output
• Provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of issues.
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to enhance production processes.
