This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plan to expand LAPP's customer base, strengthen market presence, and drive revenue growth.

Education & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering; MBA/Management degree preferred.
Experience:
10-15 years in sales and business development in the electrical/cable industry.
Proven expertise in ESS, Battery Management Systems, and Solar Segment sales.
Strong product knowledge in cables, drag chains, harnesses, and cable systems.
Experience in tendering and high-value project business through platforms like IREPS/Gem.
Comprehensive understanding of the Pan-India market.
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70%).
