We are hiring Business Development Manager for Inverters.

Qualification -B.E/B.Tech -Electrical/Electronics & MBA


Job Description -

1.Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients

2.Liaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like

3.Making best suitable Techno commercial Presentations/quotes/proposals and Submitting to End Customer along with Sales Teams and help WAAREE Sales Organisation to win the customer with min. prerequisite profitable business.

4.Conducting research into the industry including competitor research

5.Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc

6.Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users.

7.Leadership and communication skills

8.Excellent Presentation and Communication and Interpersonal skills

9.Interest in customer/SI/Channel engagement and understanding of the industry often a technology-related one

10.The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments

11.Influencing and negotiation skills

12.Aptitude for time management and organisation

13.Problem-solving ability.

14.Help to Business Leaders to establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual Business Plan and projecting expected sales volume from each of Product Range

15.Responsible for Product positioning at Existing as well as New Customer with WAAREE Products and help Sales Teams to generate revenue in the territories as per the annual business plan.

16.To develop business opportunities and offer continuous support to the WAAREE Teams and customers.
