Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit hotels, restaurants, caterers, and retail shops to promote company products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and brand awareness.
• Negotiate orders, close deals, and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with the operations team.
• Collect customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights, and share them with management.
• Track daily and weekly sales performance, preparing reports for the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Work closely with the depot operations team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Develop and execute target-based strategies to drive revenue growth.

Skills Required:

• Strong persuasion and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) industry.
• Target-oriented mindset with strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as per business needs.
