ASM - Horeca

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) HORECA to drive business growth in the Mumbai region. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales, building strong relationships with key HORECA clients (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), and expanding market presence while ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the HORECA segment.
• Identify, target, and acquire new customers in the hotel, restaurant, and café sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring timely payments.
• Work closely with distributors and channel partners to enhance product availability.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive sales strategies.
• Ensure brand visibility and promotion at key customer locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimize sales performance.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HORECA channel.
• Strong network and relationships within the Mumbai HORECA industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
