Area Sales Manager - HORECA (5-18 yrs)

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - HoReCa

Location: Chennai (Handling Tamil Nadu & Kerala)

Reports To: Zonal Sales Manager

Role Summary:

The ASM - HoReCa will be responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and expanding the company's presence in the HoReCa segment across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses.

- Achieve sales targets and expand the HoReCa customer base.

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk supply agreements.

- Work closely with distributors and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in HoReCa.

- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Based in Chennai with flexibility for travel across TN and Kerala.
