We are looking for an RSM-North for a HoReCa brand based in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the HoReCa sector in North.
- Identify and expand into new business opportunities within the HoReCa segment, focusing on high-potential areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Ensure product availability and maximize sales through these channels.
- Plan and execute targeted promotions, trade schemes, and sampling initiatives to increase product penetration in the HoReCa segment
- Actively gather and respond to customer feedback, adapting offerings to meet the needs of the HoReCa sector.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of the North HoReCa market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
