Admin Manager - Factory

Job Summary:

LAL Sweets is looking for an experienced Admin Manager Factory to oversee and manage factory administration, including canteen management and workers’ management. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canteen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the factory canteen, ensuring hygiene, quality, and timely availability of meals.
• Workers’ Management: Handle workforce administration, attendance tracking, grievances, and ensure a smooth working environment.
• General Administration: Supervise security, housekeeping, and maintenance of factory premises.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and company policies.
• Facility Management: Oversee infrastructure, utilities, and ensure uninterrupted services in the factory.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors and service providers related to factory administration.
• Employee Engagement: Organize welfare activities and resolve workplace concerns for a positive work culture.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Maintain records of admin supplies, assets, and canteen stock.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports on admin expenses, workforce attendance, and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4 to 10 years in factory administration, with a strong background in canteen and workers’ management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, factory compliance, and health & safety regulations.
• Others: Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with a proactive approach.
