Role: people business partner- systems and experience
Responsibilities:
- Be a champion for the company culture and actively engage with leadership in shaping talent upskilling and establishing mechanisms that help achieve high performing engaged teams by building cutting edge people practices, policies and performance frameworks
People systems & operations:
- Be completely responsible for design, integration and management of technology that impact people experience
- Establishes and aligns for congruence between organisation values, people practices and operationalization platforms/mechanisms
- Own and drive mechanisms with finance, admin and other teams towards driving excellence on people processes that impact the employee lifecycle at the company-right from onboarding to exit
- Lead and plan employee life cycle, benefit programs, compensation and rewards frameworks to ensure consistency and fairness across the organisation.
People business partnering:
- Anchor discussions with the business to provide insights for enhancing team engagement and people development
- Drive inputs and own mechanisms that drive leadership accountability towards building a people first organization
- Influence and drive change through data, identify problem areas and build effective and data driven solutions
- Partner to drive org and talent needs, run mechanisms that include but not limited to performance reviews, development planning
- Work with teams and look at enhancing lifecycle experience for team members and be seen as a go-to person for all facets of talent development
You should apply if you have:
- 5-8 years of experience in people partnering and/or people systems with great understanding of employee life cycle, deep understanding of how high-performance, people first cultures work.
- Possess analytical, effective problem solving and data-driven decision-making skills
- Get motivated by builder mindset and amplifying product thinking approach
- Proven ability to understand business needs and translate them into organizational priorities, champion adoption of people mechanisms
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders on diversified asks
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities and an ambiguous yet creative and collaborative work environment
- Have exposure to global best practices in high talent density environments is a plus
- The hunger to constantly learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
- Solid understanding, passion to build/invent and experience delivering HR/People technology programs and roadmaps
