Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Social & Compliance Audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and legal requirements.
• Manage Labour Laws and regulations to ensure smooth operations and avoid non-compliance issues.
• Supervise Payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
• Handle Employee Relations, resolving issues and promoting a positive work environment.
• Implement Performance Management strategies to enhance employee productivity and growth.
• Develop and deliver trainings for employees at all levels to foster continuous development.
• Formulate and execute Absenteeism and Attrition Control strategies to maintain optimal workforce levels.
• Leverage Digital HR skills to improve HR processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
• Use Advanced Excel skills to analyze employee data and create reports for senior management.

• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams across different HR functions.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven ability to tackle complex HR-related challenges with practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of employees.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations while managing sensitive employee data.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple HR tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Digital Proficiency: Proficient in HRMS software and advanced Excel skills are essential for analysis and reporting.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with teams, employees, and management.
• Conflict Resolution: Expertise in resolving employee issues while maintaining a healthy work environment.

Desired Experience:

• Apparel Industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Social and Compliance Audits, Labour Laws, Payroll, and Employee Relations.
• Experience in designing and implementing Performance Management systems and controlling Attrition and Absenteeism.
