No work pressure sales goes well not ask any questions related to store, on corona time not customer come, so store face loss so told me for resign so I resigned.... Before enter the format be clear with the salary.... It's some deduction available with out any instructions. Shrinkage also deduct the salary even wrong outward also...
- Skill development - Excellent
12 hours duty no perks only salary,no emergency leave store manager only for all operations including open and closing the store. Chennai I don't know, but Pondicherry any situation Chennai manager come and replace the store manager. They are allowed leave only we take. apart from that no emergency leaves.
