Job Overview:
- The Sales Head for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) will lead the strategy, development, and execution of sales initiatives for SCF solutions.
- This role involves managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships with corporate, financial institutions, and suppliers to optimize working capital through SCF programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute SCF sales strategy, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, and close high-value deals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, attend industry events, and drive brand awareness.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on SCF products and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance tracking.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all SCF sales activities align with legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: 10+ years in sales, business development, or financial services, with experience in SCF.
Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; expertise in SCF products and services; ability to analyze financial data.
