Senior Manager - Credit - Supply Chain finance (5-6 yrs)

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Manager Credit - Supply Chain Finance with 5-6 years of experience.

- The role involves managing credit risk, analyzing credit data, and overseeing finances related to unsecured loans and supply chain.

- The Sr. Manager will be responsible for leading credit management activities and ensuring effective financial strategies.

Qualifications:

- Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills

- Analytical Skills

- Finance and Credit expertise

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and risk assessment

- MBA or CA qualification is preferred

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in credit and finance roles

- Ability to develop and implement credit policies

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in NBFC

- Experience in Unsecured business loans and Supply Chain Financing (SCF) is mandatory.

- Knowledge and experience of handling ticket size of 15 to 50 lakh - MSME segment.

- Knowledge of all policies, regulations and market practices.

- CA / MBA preferred

- Should be able to assess loan criteria/ make policy and build a team.

- Open to travel

- Independent decision maker

- Knowledge of banking, GST based income and loan assessment
